“Don’t waste time with amateurs, a Frame of Art is in a Master Class of their own.

I collect autographs as a hobby and like to display them to where they not only look good, but start a conversation.

I initially started off a little hesitant about going to a custom framer, simply scared by the sticker shock that I’d heard of from friends that went to the chains (i.e. Michaels, Aaron Brothers, etc.), coupled with horror stories of invaluable pieces being mishandled and essentially ruined.

My best friend had previously gotten a beautiful 16 x 20 signed Michael Jordan photo done here and spoke nothing but joyous praises of the craftsmanship, professionalism, and value across the board.

One thing you need to know, if you’ve yet to have a piece custom framed, this isn’t something that’s intended for a “Cheap thrill”. Custom framing, when done properly, is reserved for making something special truly come to life and be a true conversation starter of the room. It’s also not “cheap” in the sense that you’re going to walk in and spend $50 on a frame and walkout the same day.

A Frame of Art is truly what the name says - no false advertising here. They work on understanding your piece that you bring in, they get to know you as a person, and find the best solution for everyone.

I took in two highly valuable and cherished autographs that were personalized to me by Harrison Ford, and a classic Star Wars piece of the droids. As is they’re great and a normal frame would’ve been okay. However, these pieces demanded only perfection and not a wink a less.

To say I was thrilled when I saw the final pieces would be the understatement of the year. The time, effort, patience, and professional judgement that Richard, Helen, and Alan imparted on my cherished pieces was nothing less than stellar. They also provided quality and a fair price. You honestly will not find a better framer in the area for all of the three above - plus they had it to me in less than 2 weeks for 3 massive photos!
